Our 3rd–4th Grade Flag Football League is designed to introduce young athletes to the fundamentals of football in a fun, fast-paced, and safe environment. This is a soft helmet, non-contact league focused on skill development, teamwork, sportsmanship, and confidence.

Players will learn:

league rules

Our focus is development first, competition second. We are building future Cardinals while making sure every child has a positive experience.

To keep the league competitive, safe, and fun for everyone:

No tackling. This is a flag football league.
Soft helmet and mouthguard required.
Games consist of two 20-minute halves.
Each team fields 7 players at a time.
Coaches do their best to get each player equal playing time
Coaches are allowed on the field for instruction and positioning.
Parents and spectators are encouraged to cheer positively from the sidelines. Please allow coaches to coach and players to play.
Parent coaching from the sidelines or confronting officials, coaches, or players during games will not be allowed.
Good sportsmanship is expected from players, coaches, and parents.
